equestrian facilities. Most of the properties have been
small private use facilities. Construction management
has included fencing, barn construction and remodeling,
pond construction for irrigation systems, equipment purchasing

& wind breaks. Holly McLain may be hired as a consultant
for ranch construction & management for a fee of $100.00/
