9 yr. old, 16 h., non -papered thoroughbred gelding, chestnut w/
star. He is very personable and quiet on the ground. Cash has a lot of
thoroughbred energy, and would need an accomplished rider. He actually is
well trained on the flat moves off the rider's leg, and is quite responsive
& soft in the bit. However he is typical for a thoroughbred and needs an
experienced rider to channel his attention and energy. He has been ridden on the trail and is quiet & thoughtful with other horses. Cash enjoys trail riding and was used this last fall to gather cattle out of the high
country. He looks more like a hunter - jumper type horse, and this spring
we will try him over fences. Cash would be a perfect project horse for an
accomplished young rider to buy and after some training, turn him around
for sale at a good profit. Reason for selling - an owner without the
experience to train and ride him purchased him. A good home is very
important as per the owner's wishes.
